PBY Restoration

I started working on the restoration years after it was started. This is what the project looked like when I got involved. The airplane was disassembled , wings removed , leading/trailing edges , tail , and it was basically gutted. A lot of it was removed for inspection and some just to get the airplane in the hangar. Tons of work was completed before I ever touched it aside from disassembly. All structural repairs and work was completed from the cockpit bulkhead to the nose. Skins replaced , nose gear bay restored.
